We want you to be fully satisfied with your official Billie Eilish merchandise; if an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all apparel is unworn, unwashed, and includes the original tags to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
